"We have been with them for awhile.They try to charge the smallest increase s when they have to. They are the friendliest and most helpful. If they don't know the answer,they will research the problem and get back to you. Itt takes me 20 seconds a month to pay my bill and I get an instant email and text confirming that my payment was made and receipt in the confirmation. I was actually excited because our insurance is actually going down a little bit this next renewal."

"I was in contact with the office for over a month, and the problem was never addressed/corrected. They were quick to offer excuses but never quick with a callback. They were also quick to advise that it was my responsibility to make sure my bill was accurate (although I'm not sure how I was supposed to keep up with it since the website and the agent were wrong and that's why I was calling). Very poor customer service, even after a month of trying. Not very neighborly at all... Edit to respond to their reply: You stated in your reply that "some issues are beyond our control by our local office level" THE FACT THAT I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO CALLBACK HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH CORPORATE OR BILLING SYSTEMS MANAGED AT THE CORPORATE LEVEL. WHEN I SWITCHED AGENTS, THINGS WERE ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY. THAT DOES NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE CORPORATE LEVEL. THIS OFFICE DROPPED THE BALL SEVERAL TIMES AND IT'S EMBARRASSING THAT YOU BLAME THE CORPORATE OFFICE WHEN IT WAS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE LOCAL OFFICE THAT IS MY COMPLAINT. 1. DID CORPORATE TELL ME IT'S MY RESPONSIBILTY TO KEEP UP WITH MY BILL WHILE OFFERING NO HELP WHEN THE COMPANY WAS GETTING A NEW SYSTEM? IF CORPORATE IS MESSED UP AND THE LOCAL OFFICE IS NO HELP, HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO DO THAT? ISN'T MY LOCAL AGENT SUPPOSED TO HELP WITH THOSE TYPES OF THINGS? YOUR OFFICE DID NOT HELP, AT ALL. 2. DID CORPORATE CONTINUOUSLY TELL ME THINGS WERE FINE BUT DISMISSED ME WHEN I ASKED FOR A CALLBACK? 3. DID CORPORATE WORK BEHIND THE SCENES TO CORRECT THEIR ERROR AFTER I MADE AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT (NO, THAT WAS CRAIG CAMPBELL'S OFFICE)? 4. DID CORPORATE KEEP CRAIG CAMPBELL OUT OF THE OFFICE SO THAT HE WAS NEVER AVAILABLE WHEN I CALLED? 5. DID CORPORATE KEEP CRAIG CAMPBELL FROM CALLING ME WHEN I ASKED MORE THAN ONCE TO SPEAK WITH HIM? IT WAS CORPORATE THAT REACHED OUT TO ME TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAD HAPPENED AND THAT IT WAS HANDLED INCORRECTLY AT THE LOCAL LEVEL. AFTER I SWITCHED AGENTS, THINGS WERE HANDLED CORRECTLY. THEY ALSO CALLED TO LET ME KNOW THAT I WAS OVER-CHARGED, WHEN YOUR AGENT TOLD ME I WAS WRONG. YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND MY FRUSTRATION BECAUSE YOU NEVER ACCEPTED THAT IT WAS YOU THAT I WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT, NOT STATE FARM IN GENERAL (IF THAT WERE THE CASE, I WOULD HAVE SWITCHED COMPANIES, NOT AGENTS). CRAIG CAMPBELL AGENCY DROPPED THE BALL. MY COMPLAINT WAS ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHEN I SWITCHED AGENTS, I HAD ANSWERS WITHIN 72 HOURS. YOU GUYS DIDN'T DO ANYTHING AND HAD A MONTH TO ASSIST. AS I SAID IN MY ORIGINAL REVIEW, YOU WERE QUICK TO OFFER EXCUSES BUT NEVER QUICK WITH A CALLBACK. YOUR REPLY IS BOTH A LIE AND EMBARRASSING. ALTHOUGH THE IRONY OF YOU WAITING A MONTH TO REPLY TO MY REVIEW IS NOT LOST ON ME. YOU GUYS OBVIOUSLY AREN'T TOO QUICK TO DO ANYTHING. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS AGENT. IN FACT, I WOULD TELL PEOPLE TO NOT USE THIS OFFICE."

"Matt, we understand your frustration and want to clarify that the issue you experienced was tied to billing systems managed at the corporate level by State Farm. Unfortunately, some issues are beyond our control by our local office level. That said, we always want to be part of the solution—not the problem. We’re more than willing to revisit this with you and help escalate it directly to corporate support to get answers and resolution faster. Feel free to reach out directly and we’ll do everything we can to make this right and ensure you’re taken care of properly moving forward."
