"I own a Japanese domestic market vehicle that is legal now in the United States. My regular insurance company wouldn't insure it. Most companies wouldn't. I was told to go to Hagerty and their rate was pretty high and with restrictions. That's when I got a call from Jason at State Farm. He assured me that they could handle it and get me a much better rate. After some red tape with the underwriters about my VIN # not being standard 14 numbers, Jason was able to get it done at a good rate after a few weeks of assuring the underwriters that the VIN # was real. Jason worked hard on the issues and I appreciate the effort he put forth. If not for that, I'd be paying nearly double or more with less actual coverage. So, I decided to leave my old company and insure my other 2 vehicles with them as well. Thanks Jason, that was some solid work.
